Having adhd means the prefrontal lobe of your brain is alittle smaller than most meaning you get less dopamine and other chemicals

Metaphorically speaking, of course. I can't not be thinking about something, it may look like I'm in a nothing box, but I don't have one to go into. Everything is connected at such a level that only a few people can understand why I jump into left field sometimes.
