Rules (for those that follow meme rules).
1. Post a journal and list your top 5 (five) favorite words.
2. The words can be in any language.
3. No phrases, just single words (hyphenated words are okay).
4. Keep in mind, a favorite word might not be a most used word.
5. A definition of the word is optional.

4) antidisestablishmentarianism (one of the longest English words; coined only for the purpose of being so. Definition: originally, opposition to the disestablishment of the Church of England, now opposition to the belief that there should no longer be an official church in a country)

I know, right? My friend said it to me, I was like "WTF?" Interesting conversation trying to figure out what it meant before I finally checked Dictionary.com.

XD You would need to hear it said out loud before you could pronounce it properly. (No spell check=bad. That's why I don't care for working in Notepad.)

Actually, the longest word is the name of a specific lung disease acquired by coal miners. But that was proved to be coined only, *only* for the reason to be a freakin' huge word. It's like 44 letters or something.

Or if you really wish to get technical (a.k.a., look on Wikipedia), the longest word in English is the extended name for some chemical compound that's over 1,000 letters long. Though, following that rule, the 'longest' word in the English language could be as long as you want.
