Underworks is imo the best place for binders , quality wise , I'd recommend them to any transguy and cosplayers alike. I used to have the same as you linked in your journal , very comfy as far as binders go. Durable and low maintenance. I wore mine for over 3 years.

Aaaah I'm relieved to hear this cause I mean this binder is actually pretty darn affordable compared to others I've seen and I've always been worried that my chest is too large for any binder to successfully compress it. I've been putting it off cause I thought I'd have to spend $50+ on one only for me to end up losing weight and having to buy another one.

Actually, if you have a voluminous chest and don't think you'll be able to afford surgery anytime soon, I'd say to steer clear from Underworks, as they really pull on and damage the skin tissue as well as your ribs and spine. I wore them for more or less 4 years before I switched, and now I have a scolisosis, permanent and derp stretchmarks (which I'll have to deal with even after surgery), and the tissue got so stretched out that everything that would have been my chest will have to be removed, and as of such will lose all capacity to grow chest hair forever.

You want to look for something that will flatten and even out, not constrict. I'd recommand anything Velcro-based, as they are adjustable:

I'm still thinking about going with underworks at least for a temporary solution as I'm finding it really difficult to be out in public. I imagine I probably wouldn't even use it for more than a year. I already have horrible stretch marks on my sides as it is unfortunately.
It's more of a price thing. I'd rather spend $30 right now and $70 later as opposed to spending $70 right now.
And I'll probably only wear it when I'm out and about so hopefully I'll be able to avoid any long term damage.

If money is the concern and that you just want a quick temporary fix, I'd suggest getting an Ancient Fish King brand binder. They're less than 15$ on ebay, hook-based and adjustable, work very well on larger chests and usually have free shipping. That's what I am wearing right now until surgery in exactly a month, because I wasn't careful and managed to break my velcro binder. ; )

I received mine in exactly 2 weeks despite Canada Post being notoriously bad, and wear a XXL. The estimate is mostly to cover their own butt in case the customs are being pricks about it. ; )

Mine is from lesloveboat, a short one with velcro.
I think this one is very comfy, and I can wear it the entire day. Good quality as well!
I don't have a large chest, but I heared it's best to have a long binder if you have a bigger size.

I'm worried about the longer binders right now cause I'm pudgy and I've heard that its very uncomfortable trying to sit or lay down if you have a belly

The velcro is large and ridiculously sturdy, so don't worry about that. I'm roughly 200lbs and comfort hasn't been an issue. ; )

That makes me feel a lot better, that is about how much I weigh.
I wish I could just like save up to get the better one and like even right now I have enough money for it, it's just that we have a lot of bills to pay so I need to put as much money towards that as I can. Living in the desert=high electricity bills.

I had a binder from them, the only downside to binders is they eventually wear out and don't compress as well as they use to.
I'm needing to order another one, but the funds are not in my favor right now, you can imagine how I am feeling ...

Underworks car work. I agree it causes really bad stretching for if you want top. I would suggest lezloveboat if you are willing to work out the money.
I'm going to like a tumblr that has trading things, so you can maybe get one for free. I just have to get home first.
But there are lots of groups that do exchanges and you can find websites that give ones if you search free chest binder.

I love underworks ! Just don't put them in the dryer ever ugh, My parents did that and good bye binder x-x . It lasted a few years regardless though. I highly recommend their swim suits if you ever need one.

I am a 42D xnx So I got a XL, Since you are a 38D I recommend getting an XL as you dont want it too tight or too big ;w;

I couldn't be more happier with mine ;w;
Sometimes I forget I am wearing mine cause its really really comfy (to me at least).

After measuring myself I'm closer to 36D/C 36 being in the medium range so I think XL would be way too big for me so I got a large.
I ordered it yesterday so I'm reaaaaaally hoping it will be here friday. I'm very excited.

My mom is pretty irked though cause she thinks I'm acting like having a binder will solve all my problems.
It obviously won't but it is a huuuuge step in the right direction for me.
