Just.. do what you want to do. I've spent my life living through the choices of others. You end up regretting it every time. Just stay positive, do what you'd like to do, and they'll either come around to it, or you'll find people that will. ^_^

thank you so much! that makes me feel alot better. i talked to them about it and they where just worried for me. they didnt want me to regret paying so much for something. they do support me but they said they are going to have to get used to it.

1. You MUST ask permission to wear it at certain places! Wearing a suit is considered costuming, hiding away face, concealing things people don't know you have or not. (I'd like to imagine furry bank robbers.....lol, hilarious, but please, call,email,contact wherever you want to visit.)
2. There might be furmeets in your area! Look around! You can suit there!
3. I know of a lot of people who spend 300-600 on just the head or even partials! (I'm getting my first)
4. People DO get afraid of something they can't resemble to come out as human. Take that in consideration. Toony suits are perfect if you want to hang out with little kids especially.
5. Please take your age into consideration. And always have a trusted friend or parent with you at all times to explain why you are in suit, and help you out. Vision tends to be low in suits, ventilation needs to be kept in mind. ALWAys have someone with you, I can't stress that enough.
6. Please do research. There are scammers out there who will take your money and leave you with nothing.
7. Your friends probably just worry for you, as I would too if i knew nothing about the fandom and what it does.
8. Being a furry is hard. And sometimes you need to know what is best from you, or reachout like you have and ask around. I spent all night searching for someone to comission, some of them were inactive or didn't seem very prompt in their work. ASk AROUND.
