Gabby, the excitable little character from the Fleischer Studios' animated Gulliver's Travels movie, had his own spinoff series of theatrical shorts. This one from 1941 features a strange hybrid animal called a Rubberneck Kango:

You had to feel sorry for the poor Kango, though. All she did was act natural, get the hiccups, and try her best to follow instructions!
