DeviantArt isn't too friendly or a great a place lately I hear. I don't have an account there, but I hear people are also really cheap in terms of buying / selling art due to the fact that most people will whine if something is even at the $10 mark.

I think you're at a good start for your icon prices. $10 - $15 for one seems reasonable due to the fact that it's pixel work, very smoothly done in color gradient, and animated on top of that.
For your chibi art, I'd think a good starting point would be about $10 - $12+? The price would raise by complexity / color amount (flats, full color) I would think? Considering you said how long it takes you to complete one, and the detail that seems to go into them. Chibi's are usually supposed to be simple little things, but I see how much work you cram into them.
For Thigh-Up anf Full Bodies, I'd say maybe $15 - $20 as a starting point, and raise from there just like the chibi's. The more color / complexity, the higher the price would go. A few pieces I've seen in your gallery are worth at least $30 - $40+ alone. Your lines are clean, your coloring is clean, and your style is attractive (to my personal taste and eye, anyhow).

I apologize if none of that is helpful to you at all. This is simply my two cents and I'm not exactly eloquent with words. ^^;

Not much I can say that hasn't already been said. Might add that a lot of people tackle iron artists with the hope of improving certain skills such as speed with line art or coloring. You could make it as a last hoorah for the old price, as long as you make it perfectly clear that you're working on your speed so the quality might not be the best, but this is the last time for them to get x at y price. You could even just do like ten slots at first and see if it helps. If there's no real progress, drop it or just do it as a last call.
