Should I go to FC or not? I'd like your opinion

NaNo Novel: Here Falls The Thunder
So, here's the situation as it stands for FC:
I found out from a friend, that if I want to go, I can room with him, but it'll cost me about $120-150. I need to ask him why it's so much. Did he get a room at an Embassy Suites or something? o_O Also, this /isn't/ counting any other expenses, like food, or wanting to buy things in the dealer's room.
Also, if I go, I will likely NOT buy an FC badge, because I'll only be there Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon, aprox. 2 days. Not long enough to warrant an extra 50 dollar expenditure just to get into the dealer's room and a few panels. If I really want something from the dealer's room, I could always just get someone to buy it for me. Or just avoid all the NC-17 stuff :P
Now that the expenses are out of the way, here's my budget:
I got 500 dollars for Christmas
I've spent about 90-100 dollars so far (not sure, have to check my notes)
Going to FC will cost me about HALF of that.
Do you guys think this is worth the cost or not? I would /really/ like to go, especially since I graduate from college in March, and then I'm moving out, so who knows where I'll be next year. Do you guys think the benefits outweigh the cost? Would you go to FC, if you were in my place?

If you're going to be looking for a place of your own soon, I'd say save the money for that. Last thing you'd want is to find out you're don't have enough for a rent deposit because you spent the bulk of your cash going to something that you could always save up for next year.

The more I know who are coming the better, but yeah, it depends on what else you think that money can go for.

I would if I were you. But I spend most of my money on furry cons anyway. When you think about it, the money being spent will be to see your friends and possibly make new friends. Hmm.
