Some Questions...

Alright so, being new to at least being active in the furry community, I just have a few questions.
1. Are there any cons that come to North Carolina, USA? Preferably near Goldsboro, but just in the state will do.
2. What kinds of things should I keep in mind to try minimizing the chance of triggering my traumatic memories? (I've already quit Mass Effect because of them...)
3. What kinds of things can I do to help me gain some cool friends? Remember, I'm a little shy. Maybe not as much online as I am IRL.
4. What can I do to help me find a possible mate? A guy can get lonely, sometimes... It would help my self-esteem to feel loved...
5. Would anyone like me to write some short stories about my fursona's adventures?
That's all I can think of, right now. I'm not good at asking questions. But I'd also be happy to take any questions about me.
