I never had to deal with that stuff, but I'd say do some research on lawyers to see which one only wants paid if you win. Best way I can see it.

It depends on what you are suing for. Most lawyers that work on "Pay if you win" only do big ticket items like Social Security or personal injury / car accident stuff.

If there's not much money in it lawyers don't want to waste their time.
