The town of Cresson, PA has a nice setup for NS railfans.
A bed and breakfest there known as the Station Inn, has a live, sound-enabled webcam which provides a nice view of action on the NS Pittsburgh line.

In addition, there is also a live radio feed in the same town, which can be fun to listen to along with the video feed.

There are about 75-80 movements in the area per day, so there is a fair amount of action.
