There are also 3D model free license on the internet but it will take recompile for source.
if not you can use the models addons garry's mod, but are not free license will have to request the permison to the author.

In this case you should do it even or make a request.
On topic, I don't know specifically where they can be found, but trawling 3D model websites and DeviantArt may score you some good models. Though you may have to sculpt your own genitals if you want to make adult renders or animations.
