Looks like FA is still up, but the notice hasn't changed
I take that to mean that over the weekend FA will go off & online at random periods
So everyone still be ready for periods of it not being up, or in read only mode
Just because it's working right now dose not mean they're done
Once the notice is gone or updated, then we can relax

Thing is it was in read only mode for awhile before it went down.
Also was in read only mode for awhile this morning.
I take that to mean that we're not out of the woods just yet.
