Ripping out my hair.

We get the car fixed, running better than ever. And then the landlady slaps us with a new rule list.
Late rent payments will incur a $5 per day late fee. (Instead of the $25 flat rate she used to charge, and she's doing this *all* against the laws)
Children are only allowed to play in the "designated area"
(Which is a broad area somewhere in the back of the park that has no shade, no toys except a horseshoe pit, and is filled with noxious weeds)
Anyhow, since we had to pay rent late last month, using *this* month's money (which we get only once per month), We are not able to make rent this month at all and are facing eviction at every turn.
Note: we would not be living here if we had any other choice at this time. The place is unsafe, filled with drug addicts and sex offenders. We have no running water, or sewer. The only things we have are the parks' free wi-fi and electricity. Our phone will even be shut off after the 6th.
We need out, but until our fortunes turn we are dead in the water. We are running out of options. We have accessed all the governmental assistance that is available in this area short of getting me on SSI.
I'm still not able to work and it's bothering me. My mate is looking for work and has completed college to improve his prospects, but it's going to take some time.
Art is the only thing I can do reasonably reliably with my conditions.
If I can manage to get a printer and ink I could sell prints, but to do that we need more/better income.
I am asking anyone who watches me to pass this along, help us out. Commission me, I will give my all to save my family from having to live with no electricity. I will even allow adult work with my character if I must.
For commissions, note me with the info and I'll get on it as soon as I can/get all the info I need.

TL:DR Facing eviction/phone shut off. Commission or donate, being homeless with a 6 yr old in 100 degree temps is no bueno.
