Pony's Housing Continued: Half-price Pony

So after a flurry of angry emails and the Pony actually moving into his office (I literally went to my office and made camp) they offered me a new housing contract for a dorm that I frankly hate. The upside is, it's a single and I get my own bathroom... Oh and it's postgrads only.
The down side is the location. I hate that part of town. Hate it with all my heart. *Sits there flicking his tail like an angry cat.*
I suppose the best part is I now have my money back and the dorm only costs half what I would have paid.
