I'm well familiar with the time issues. I can't spend as much time with my mates as I'd like because they're in the eastern US, and I can't participate in one of my guilds' weekly raids (in WoW) because they're on Monday for me.

Yeah I got some of those issues as well wanting to chat to some of my friends in the USA and they're near 7 hours ahead of my time, so when it's about 5pm here it's 1am there.

We both live in New Zealand, I believe. Currently the east coast of the US is eight hours ahead of us, west coast five hours. Until the end of September, anyway, when we start Daylight Saving.
