I'm just now beginning to commission artwork of my character and wanted to leave some helpful notes here. Also, feel free to recommend artists with good prices and trustworthy turnaround, I think that's the word I'm looking for. Anyway, here are the notes for anyone who needs them. Aliyah is about 200 lbs and is closer to a dog in size than a lion. Her body is that of a leopard without any markings except a creamy/sandy colored triangle under her chin while each of her back toes are also that color.. Her beak and talons are slimmer and more. Hawk than eagle-like and gray, the hands are referenced from crows/ravens. The crow wings also show my love for corvids. Her right eye is gold and her left eye is sky blue. And she has symmetrical black blazes around both eyes. Her talons can be any color, I prefer lime green but orange works too, pink, purple- I think it really depends on the pic. My favorite color is green though. Aliyah's name is Hebrew for "to ascend" and she is as much a spiritual being as a physical one, representing my path in both senses of the word she is a symbol of growth and learning. She daydreams a lot, is fairly shy but when she loves, she loves deeply with empathy and compassion. She is not very patient but this too is being learned with time.
