How do I go about asking for completion of something when I already did 4 months ago, and suddenly they're all caught up and I have nothing to show for the money I paid up front. Seriously tired of getting fucked by having to pay up front for art but then I have zero guarantee of product and since it's over a year ago PayPal may not be able to help >.> Just fed up with shady "business" practices.
