My advice; don't keep any money in it, and be cautious when using it..

they have a well earned reputation for screwing people.

you will be charged a fee every time you receive money, even the smallest amount. THEN if a buyer decides (for whatever reason) to claim their account was hacked (even if they have a history of such BS..) YOU will be screwed..


i have an acct, ONLY because its almost impossible to get ANYTHING on ebay without it.. but i REFUSE to use it if i have an option.. and i fully expect to get screwed eventually..

yeah, there are entire web communities for folk who they have screwed, and i have been down that road thrice myself. (on both sides of the sales isl.)

oh, did i mention that they have been successfully sued many times?

there are alternatives, but just like their parent company Ebay, those alternatives are few, and far between, with nowhere NEAR the same market share..

between those two, if you don't wanna play their game, you may as well not play.. it sucks..
