So I don't do a lot around here as some of you may have noticed. Since my scanner went belly up I haven't done much drawing, and having finally gotten a tablet I find it difficult to use and haven't felt much urge to draw. Instead I've been trying to refine my craft at writing, get some work published, and make some money. In the meantime, my grandmother died leaving a small estate that was divided among her four children and my folks used that money to buy both themselves and I our own separate houses. Sounds great doesn't it?

Unfortunately I'm a one time student in debt, I'm on a fixed income, and my girlfriend who was going to move in two months ago has been unable to do so because she had an emergency surgery and had to spend the better part of that time in recovery. She's finally coming home in the next couple days, but there are no savings, the credit is almost tapped, and I've still got bills to pay. I can't keep my lights, internet, and water on simultaneously, and if I miss a credit or student loan payment I'm going to be ruined.
