Twitter keeps resuspending and unsuspending me

I have no idea what is going on with my Twitter account, it keeps removing people I follow, and it will sometimes randomly say I'm suspended, and when I tried to appeal my account, which I have done before, it says I'm not suspended. I have no idea on what the f**k is going on here. Anyone know why is this happening to me?
