Appeal to internet company, please sign to keep EC online

Well as you may have heard in the stream, due to all the problems paying bills on time my internet may get permacut.
This is an appeal I've written to the CEO of the company I am with.
For anonymity reasons, we'll call him Mr G.
The plea is only because things are finally getting better for us. Baron got a job now, Furenzy the game is just about done, the house and my parents stuff get less and less to worry about every month.
I //KNOW// this is not going to happen again next month and am asking him for one more month's leniancy to prove it.
Please sign this as a petition thing, (just comment in the journal) so I can present it to the CEO showing there are people who will support and back me up
You guys know me, you've been to my 12+ hour streams streams and know the amount of workload and bullshit that we go through every day, trying to support a family of 4 on what I earn.
I don't want this to end now when things are getting better. Show some love guys, I want to still be here to stream for you end of this month.
The Letter
i was told to contact you regarding my account.
You most probably don't know me or what I do. Well, it's not a big fancy job, i'm an online freelance artist. I've spend the last seven or so years trying to get good at what I do, and thankfully today I can start to earn a proper living off it.
Sir, I've been having payment problems the last few months due to several reasons, but all of these things we have problems with are coming to an end in this month.
I really would like to continue using your services, and I've always sung your praises to all my customers, friends and family for amazing customer services and the top notch quality service I need to do my work properly.
I'm not going to write up a long sob story for you Sir, but i'll provide you with the reasons there are problems and the realistic solutions and guarantees that this will not happen again.
My boyfriend lost his job in March, I've had to take care of him. We don't make much but we need that 3000 or so he makes.
- He has found a job right at the end of last month and I can provide a copy of the employment contract at your request.
Already here is some insurance of being able to pay you should I be a little short for whatever reason. He uses the internet too and needs to pay half of it after we upgraded the line.

It was truly a crippling blow to me since a lot of days I'd be on painkillers or in too much pain to work.
I actually work via livestream and can provide you with the testimonies of dozens and dozens of people witness to this.
This was unable to be taken care of due to finances. The last week of July it became completely intolerable and I had no choice but to go and get the tooth removed. I am starting to work full throttle as of tomorrow again.
I live in the flatlet here at my parents' house to help support my mother and father. They are deep in the 60's now and retired and their house is not paid off yet, so I help with that.
I pay R2500 every two weeks and I buy meat for the family of 4. There are also 2 cats and 4 dogs requiring daily nourishment I have to care for too.
My boyfriend having a job now will more than assist with this, at the very least he can cover the animals which will ensure more than enough for my internet bill.
I've been working very hard Sir, we're talking 12 - 15 hour shifts here, sitting in front of the PC and drawing, trying to keep everything under control. It's exhausting, I'm very tired and burnt out.
Please give me one last chance to show I can be a reliable customer now that things are getting better here. I have a big trading card game that is almost completed, big plans for the future and so much work that I can't keep up with it.

The last few years have proven difficult for both individuals and small businesses.
Over the the last few couple years I have made use of EC and Electropaw Artworks' services several times, and intend to continue using those services for future projects. Being able to not only discuss ideas for projects, but to be able to actually watch a project being drawn, and make adjustments as the design progresses, has proven to be an amazing tool.
Whether it be game art, character concepts, or holiday card designs, I have always been very pleased with the quality of work, flexibility, and variety of styles she was able to create.
EC's small business has continued to grow, even through difficult times.
Please give her, and her business the chance to flourish, through the use of you services.

(Perhaps a reasonable payment plan to help them catch up while keeping up monthly without undue hardship of it all at once?)
I hereby testify that this young lady in fact does make her living on the internet.
I secondly oppose your course actions against her and will in fact blog and spread the word to my peers in the IT and YouTube realms.
Tertiary,she has potential to make a better income and may upgrade to a business class account later if her Internet was not throttled so often.
