Saw a video of it. Tony ran Kevin Ward's car up and it went into the guard rail. Kevin quicky got out of his car and got very close to the groove before a lap had passed and tony's rear tire struk him...No way to tell if it was intentional or not from the vid I saw, just the chain of events.

I've not seen the video, but I can say with near 100% certainty that it wasn't intentional. Stewart is neither stupid nor crazy enough to intentionally try to hurt someone like that.

However, if the eyewitness reports are accurate, Stewart is definitely at fault.

The kid walked into the groove before even a lap has passed...outlaws dont slow down too fast takes a few laps. Safety crews were not even there yet.
