Ref Sheet, very soon

it has become very annoying to give at least three different links when I have to show the features of my fursona so I decided it was already time for me to make a reference sheet.
I started to struggle with the way anathomy works, and tryng to manage the space I'd use in the sheet and other things I should include in it. then, after a few drawn lines, I noticed that I draw my self a little buffed up, maeby not intencionally. but I knew that I didn't look like that and that I wished to look like that.
and so, these questions came to my mind, while trying to be careful with the proportion of the different parts the body:
-how much of your real you is there in your fursona?
-is your fursona the ideal of what/how you want to be? or did you make your fursona in the closest way you look IRL? (putting aside all the animal features, of course >.>)
-what things do you think should be included in a reference sheet?
