Two questions:
1.) Is it "fashion-acceptable" for a guy to wear all-black shoes with shorts?
2.) Is it "fashion-acceptable" for a guy to wear "plaid" shorts (criss-cross patterns) with a striped t-shirt?
I know it's not that big of a deal, but I at least want to try to be more appealing in general.
