FurCon Day 4

General
Sunday. Went to church in the morning (found a church building less than five miles away), then came back to the con and put on my tail. I felt pretty cool walking around in a full double-breasted suit while wearing a dragon tail. :)
Attended a panel on furry christianity (yes, I am a Christian, for those of you who don't know). Though there was a good discussion, I as a bit disappointed. I was hoping that we would discuss how some folks feel that there is a conflict between christianity and furriness (I don't feel there is a conflict myself, though).
DesertWolf and Xaqtly had to leave early, so I said goodbye to them. Desert had commissioned a tail from BushyCat, but she hadn't finished it before he left, so I got to go pick it up for him. Mmmmm soft, fuzzy, fluffy... :-P
I zonked pretty early last night; lots of walking around makes for sore legs after a while.
I get to drive home today. The weather looks pretty good, so I expect an uneventful trip. (hopefully)

Open-mindedness is a wonderful thing, it can only help us all get along better with each other. Christians (or anybody) who refuse to open their minds to new and different ideas are only hurting themselves. And then the conflict isn't really with furriness per se; it's with anything they don't understand. People like you have made a conscious choice to accept and celebrate diversity while staying faithful to your beliefs, and that's commendable. We could use more people like you on this old rock.
