Emergency Commissions - Laptop battery is dead

I should have posted this before the semester started, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't just a fluke. My laptop battery is officially dead since 2-3 days ago; the laptop still picks it up, yet it never charges (ie. 0% available [plugged in, charging]). Because of this I'm now forced to have my laptop plugged in at all times and if the power goes out in the neighborhood I'll lose any progress I've worked on...
I need to make about $109.99 (without counting shipping and taxes; it doesn't seem to show me any of that upon checkout and it doesn't seem to say if they ship to PR) to be able to buy it from their official site: http://goo.gl/1s6wSm
It also seems to be on Amazon for half of that, more or less, but in lower quantities (I'm not sure what the number in parentheses at the end is, probably the part#? Seems different than the one on Dell's site, but hopefully that's just a typo and will work either way): http://amzn.com/B00G0O7ASU
The links above show the battery I need; to be specific, it's for a Dell Inspiron 15 (3520).
If you guys know of where to get a better deal for a battery (or one that lasts longer) that works with my laptop, please let me know.

P.S. I'm now willing to take inflation commissions, but only if I'm interested in the content and will not post them unless asked by the commissioner. Because of that I'll probably be extremely picky with them.
Just to make sure, inflation will strictly be a commission-only thing. Being okay with it under rare/certain circumstances (ie. a fave artist’s style) does not mean I actually like it or am willing to draw it for free.
Also, please keep in mind that due to my classes and previous ongoing commissions things will be slow.
