Rules for Story Commissions [Open]

Commissions are now open! I only have one slot right now, if you ask me for a commission when I'm not accepting any, I'll put you on the waiting list.

Okay, so there hasn't been much interest in story commissions, but that doesn't deter me from wanting to accept them. So, here are a few ground rules.
First of all, I'll only accept one commission at a time, but I may take more as time goes on.
Second, all commissions shall be paid through Paypal. I won't have you pay for a commission before I can accept it though. First, I'll write a bit of your story and then send it to you via e-mail as a preview. If you like it, then I'll send you my Paypal address and you can pay me to write the rest of the story.
And as for prices, I don't have any fixed prices, so we'll have to negotiate how much your commission will cost. But I can tell you that the longer the story will be, the more money a commission will cost.
Finally, I have likes and dislikes, if your commission contains something that I don't like, then I reserve the right to refuse your commission. I recommend reading the lists below and plan your commissions accordingly. I'll update these lists whenever I can think of something new to add to them. Don't be afraid to ask me if your commission contains anything not listed below.
Important Note: I can write both erotic and non-erotic stories, So if you want to commission a non-erotic story, I will accept it.

Hmm, well judging from when I wrote the Second through Fourth parts of my story, The Pregnant Year, it would take me roughly 1-2 weeks to write a chapter of such approximate length. Though, I was really driven to finish the story at that point. And I didn't spend that entire time working. So, it would probably take me longer than that sometimes. Especially since the fall semester is coming. How do you think that would factor into my prices given the quality of my work?
