So many feels tonight. I work at a bakery in a grocery store, for those of you that don't know.
I took a last-minute birthday cake order for a customer over the phone, then they came in later that night to thank me.
Apparently the person she first ordered from somewhere else cancelled on her and the party is tomorrow so she, her little birthday boy who was turning 8 named Shon (Like my little brother but spelled Sean) and husband came over to personally thank me. The kid gave me a hug and said "Thanks for making my birthday possible." The mom was in tears, and i couldnt help but get emotional then too. It really touched me that I was able to help that family and just, augh!

So many feels right now. I need a tissue :')
