I truly cannot stand how I feel
Most of the time I just feel quite ill
Currently my wish
Is to know how long I'm going to be like this
I must be a terrible person that fell
For I feel like I'm living in hell
Trying to find that something to light
Help me thru this horrible plight
Now another problem made me fell
The realtor said I my not be able to legally sell
I fear until I get rid of the house
Everything is going to make me feel like mouse

*hugs you close* Rent the house out! Get money for the house and sell it a year .. but at least it wont be costing you if you get renters in it!

Why can you not sell the house? If someone else has a claim on it, too, be sure to keep track of your expenses and if you finally do sell and have to split the revenue, they would be obligated for their share of expenses because you were maintaining the value of the house in the best interest of all parties concerned.
