Some of you know, by now, that I released a brand new story. I hope you guys get a chance to, well, "read" it.

I wouldn't say I'm having a conundrum right now, but let's call it an irritation. Basically, I've been unemployed for the past couple of months and I really, really miss having income. Financially, I'm still in good standing because I did a couple of freelance projects that earned me the equivalent of six months worth of income. That doesn't mean I don't feel any financial strain. I do. Between car insurance, car repairs and utility bills, I'm essentially losing money each month, and no income is being generated. The goal is to save enough money so I can have a more tolerable and independent living situation.

Working on emergency commissions -- I've realized -- is not a great use of my time since stories take a lot of thought, labor and time. I'm looking for some decent, supplemental income. I know this sounds silly, but does anyone know of any websites that offer freelance work for writers and/or web designers? Just need a couple of odd jobs here and there before I land a new gig.
