Sketches and Chibis to pay off Speeding ticket [Please read]

Okay, as far as the title says, yes. I want to do commissions so that I can pay off my speeding ticket. This is actually my FIRST speeding ticket that I've had and let me tell you, my experience left me very shocked and was very unfortunate.
I was passing by the airport so that I could make a turn around on the freeway, I was on the left side of the roads for the airport where there's no drop-off zones except for the roads on the right-hand side. I was almost at the exit to get back on the freeway, I made a last minute change of lane to behind a black Hummer. Just before I know it, a cop that was parked on the side of the road goes in the middle of the road, and stops the Hummer, which made me press on the brakes as hard as I could. He let's the black Hummer go, but stops me instead.
I was ticketed for speeding 15 miles over the speed limit. Now let me tell you something. I may not have any medical records or anything, but I think I may have a bit of ADD since I tend to focus on certain things while I drive. The cop tells me that there were four posts that said the speed limit was 20 mph. I didn't see shit. Also, if I was going down at that speed the same as the Hummer, why did he let the Hummer go? His excuse was "Oh, because they were tourists and they were lost." That DOESN'T give you the right to excuse them if they were going the same speed and were speeding.
TL;DR: I have 21 days from the 21st of this month to pay $152, deny that it ever happened or, accept but there were certain circumstances. I have until September 11 (wow... that date significance..) to pay for it.
I don't want to fight back against the law because let's face it: the judicial system isn't going to listen to a damn thing I say anyways. Also that my parents don't know anything about this and I don't want to let them know that I'm going to face the court for my actions if I was going for a court hearing.
Fear is still lingering in my mind, and I want to just pay for this and get it over with...

No matter what though, DON'T get another speeding ticket in the next year or preferably two. It will get really shitty after that.
