Commission info is below
I have so much that happened in the past months, it's not even funny...got married, husband got a new job...oh and I'm pregnant! Due in mid-late October =D It's a boy.
Basically, everything has been topsy turvy, I can't tell which way is up!
Unfortunately, I was also laid off from my job, my last day is Thursday. This is awful for finances but...I plan to be on a lot more until the baby comes. I'll be selling off originals and taking on all sorts of commissions for this next month only, and by October I plan to only take on a couple a week since we don't know when baby will come.
Saturdays will be shipping day, and since I will now have time to breathe that should keep things smooth sailing. I have a few pet portraits from the last convention to finish up and mail this week before I open up formally.
I intend to do half commission work, half personal work. Expect to see some more additions to my Werewolves of Creation series before September is through!

Tips
And I appreciate that, actually I'd love to chat with another artist, I'm so nervous about how to keep the art going and follow my role as mother.
Not going to lie, balancing art and baby is a challenge, and it'll take a while to get a routine going. Don't expect to work much the first 2 or so months, you'll be sleep deprived and learning the ropes. Personally, I work during my son's naps, or in the evening and on weekends when my husband is home and can trade off on baby duty for a couple hours. If you're lucky, you'll have a baby who takes good naps. Mine is decent most of the time, but he's currently in the "rebel against all naps and fight them viciously" phase, so it takes a while to get him down, haha.
