I'm sorry, Arby's?
Hi,
So my mother and I went shopping today. I was rather annoyed with this development given it was out of town and I had not been forewarned. But we went to a small zoo as well, so that improved my position on the matter.
Returning home we went through Arby's drive through (or 'thru' as it is colloquially spelled). We placed the order at the box in the accustomed manner. Drove around, exchanged money, and waited. After a few minutes had passed the clerk returned to the window and asked 'I'm sorry, Arby's?' We both stared perplexed for a minute. My mother grasped his meaning, however, before I was able. 'Yes, Arby's sauce.' We had requested Arby's sauce. He was verifying the kind of sauce we wanted.
But in those few seconds before my mother stated this, my brain went, 'Yes, Arby's. We want Arby's, as is why we are in an Arby's drive thru ordering Arby's food from you who are employed by this Arby's.'
Just a bit of daily silliness.

As they pulled around (it was a very slow night) one of the other employees ran across the parking lot and filled the guy's order at Burger King. The sober occupants of the car were rather amused when the cashier at the window indeed both took and filled their friend's order.
