Best Times to Livestream?

Hey guys, it's been awhile!
So, I'm planning to work on a ton of art this weekend. Like emptying that to-do list completely trying. And I was wondering, should I livestream any of that? If yes, what day would be best? What time? (I have a CST time zone btw) I like livestreams plus it's always fun watching someone draw. And I like having you guys there when I do, it's really nice.
