Seeing artists saying come and sponsor me on this and see the high res image only if you pay for it.
Not interested at all, and see it as only a money grab by some.
Making me think of stop using and watching those artists that use it.
When you look at how much you can pledge them for a month and every month and some wanting over $500 for people, can see that it's cause they are getting lazy to do work, and think that people are dumb enough to give up their own hard earned money each month, so they don't have to work so hard to make it. And a lot of the times, you don't even get anything from the artist at all, just the ability to see the image they post here without the stupid Patreon watermark over part of the picture.

On the other hand, if someone earns their own money, it's not my cup of tea if they burn it, give it to patreon, or buy 20 pairs of shoes per month.
What I really don't get is the "Gimme 1000 $ per month and I will paint 10 pictures for you each month" thing. No matter how much I like one artist, I'd run out of ideas and get bored of their style after some weeks.
It's both unfair to the Patron and artist in that case.
I wouldn't, and what happens if the artist refuses to honour thier part of the deal?
