Emergency Plane Ticket Commissions!

Okay so I know I said I was going to avoid commissions for a while but something came up. My grandmother has cancer again and I really want to fly down to Houston next weekend to see her.
I've already figured out someone to stay with and all that, but I realized that tickets for next weekend are twice as expensive ($300+ for roundtrip) than I was looking at (it had me looking at dates a few weeks from now).
If I have to I'll go in a couple of weeks instead, but I really want to surprise her this coming weekend if I can. That said, I'm in college now and can't afford to spend so much extra on a plane ticket at the moment. So I'll be taking a few commissions for this weekend only.
Anything is open and I will go by my old/current prices instead of going up. Full price list is here http://sta.sh/08hfnom2pi but below I've included the things I can do really quick and can have done in the next day or so before I have class on Tuesday.

I really appreciate any help including advertising. I just really want to see her as soon as possible.
As I said, the commissions listed above can be done super quickly and should be done this weekend. If you want to order something more complex it may have to wait a bit longer depending on the amount I get.
I need about $150 to match the ticket price. I will not limit the amount of slots unless I start feeling overwhelmed.
