Edit: Going to start with Cia's Curse, although I won't be able to start it for a bit. A mix of being burnt out and having other things to do on this end. Hopefully I'll have part of it done by the weekend or early next week.
Of the following options, which should I work on next? I'll probably get my next story done tomorrow or Monday for the record (probably Monday).
1. Cia's Curse (Lana to Cat TF, Impa to Wolf TF. Zelda to Dog TF, Link to Wolf TF/TG)
2. Top Pokemon Idol (Lisia to Pikachu or Altaria TF)
3. "Eeveelution Series" (Eevee - Gary TF/TG, Vaporeon - Misty TF, Jolteon - Ash TF/TG, Flareon - Jessie TF, Espeon - Dawn TF, Umbreon - Iris TF, Leafeon - Zoey TF, Glaceon - May TF, Sylveon - Serena TF) Note: Not in this order
4. Serena TF Stories (Lopunny, Pyroar and/or Dedenne TF)
Would love to hear your thoughts! And if there are any where I'm undecided about what to use, feel free to offer your thoughts!

I would like to see Cia's Curse, yet at the same time, it might be better to go ahead and get the Eeveelutions out of the way first...

Honestly, it should be the project you REALLY want to work on first. Any of these are fine, just pick one you'd enjoy writing the most.
Which would be "Eeveelution Series." Sounds like it has super major potential for a awesome harem situation, and I will just hope that gary and ash get lots of screen time post transformation haha.
