Who can draw... A CITY??? :D

Okay. It's time to talk about something that poked me since a while.
I have been making fictional places all over the time, and one even covers the back of my website, and sets the mains cenary for many things. But now, I am sick of just words - I want to put some pics in!
Sooooo...I am looking for artists that can draw scenarios.
Examples:
- Hotel pool area
- Hotel beach area
- City center, daylight
- City skyline, night
- Front view of a hotel building - including smaller parts like parking lots and such.
- Rooms like a fight club.
- Acarde hall
Most of the above are rooms used in our chat and history of the place that I use as the general description. My plan is to use that as images, at least int he chat, and the skyline one as a website background maybe. I am not sure, but it was an idea. At least the chat is supposed to finally gain some images for the background.
What I am willing to pay? I want quality, so I am fine with quite a lot. However, I will be looking into a monthly based payment so I can stutter off the costs as I need some remainings for living.
If you know/are an artist that wants to go far beyond the typical furry art for once, let me know.
