Prelude to the 2014/2015 season

General
Welp, the offseason and preseason are over with and all the final roster cuts have been made and yes Hank Williams, Jr., we are ready for some football. I just wanted to make this journal to go over the basic info for the season in case anyone has forgotten as well as do some end of season predictions just for fun.
-#1, Make sure you're watching the group. On the new prediction form is a place for your FA name, if that name you provide doesn't match our watch list it will be disallowed; this is to prevent folks from making multiple prediction accounts.
-This season's games will be presented to you via a link to a simple Google form with the listing of each game and your two choices. Pick one winner for each game and submit. You can expect matchup journals every Monday.
-While all games for the week will be shown on one sheet bear in mind that if you submit your picks after the first kickoff for that day of play only games on remaining days will count.
-You are more than welcome to voice your picks and/or opinions to any and all matches and outcomes of the games of that week in each journal provided but providing picks in only the journal will not count for scoring, only picks submitted through the Google document will be scored. The caveat to this is that changes to your predictions will be allowed but only in the comments section of that week's journal, and only up until the first kickoff of each gameday.
-At the end of 17 weeks the 10 players with the most overall wins will move into the Playoffs which will follow a similar format. In the event an NFL game ends with a tie you will gain neither a Win nor a Loss.
-If there are any ties they will be tie-broken as follows: 1) more weekly victories (i.e. number of times that player was the weekly winner) 2) more Perfect Picks (a perfect pick is achieved when a player correctly predicts every matchup in a week) 3) more Hero Picks (a Hero Pick is achieved when only a single competitor correctly picks the winner to any given matchup).
-If FA should go down at any point in the season like it did last year this is your one notice of a backup plan. You can email your picks to VXR-Razor[at]hotmail[dot]com with all the normal rules pertaining to getting your selections in before each day's first kickoff. Make sure you include "NFLFurs" somewhere in the subject line and your FA name somewhere in the body. If you send me an email with no subject and the only text is your picks I will toss it out. Do not use the email method for week-to-week picks, only if FA is down.
-As always, have fun. Respect your fellow player's opinions. I expect friendly ribbing especially between division rivals, but keep it civil.
Now that that's all out of the way let's discuss the end of the season because that's what any good football fan does before week 1. Supply your thoughts of division winners and SB XLIX matchup! This is just for arguments sake, these don't count towards anything in the prediction challenge.

Yes I know I have the Seahawks missing the playoffs, that last Wildcard spot will be a tough fight between Seattle, Philly, and Atlanta.
NFC East feels like a toss-up but if the Giants keep any of this pre-season momentum they'll have a good shot.
The Jaguars will go 1-1 with the Colts this season but won't win the division, but they've got the tools to stay afloat in the conference.
