I just found out the reason I can't access Picarto. I had received a message from developers finally. Apparently someone banned me and I don't even remember who, what, why or that I've ever been banned in the first place.
Edit: Still trying to find a solution. I'm still wondering why this is going on because it seems to be some bug that's the cause. I have been digging.
