I already tried earplugs and dont work, the dog is very very loudly
I tried use special sleep headphones and dont worked too is very loudly...
sometimes to sleep I need use a combination of sleep headphones and a strong sleep medicine... mas this medicine is restrict because is too strong I cannot buy more and is bad for my health..

well, in a sense, any medication is bad for health... at least in part, and thats why it is restricted...

I really hope you find some peaceful rest, sleep deprivation is hell and is terrible to your health / sanity... nad may nothing bad happen to you, brother, that his angry words is nothing but hot air..

You should tell the police that he has threatened you. They may go talk to him and let him know they are watching him. Hopefully that will discourage him from causing any trouble. Good luck, I hope you can get some sleep.

Who shoved a stick up your neighbor's butt? :I thats incredibly rude of him not to shut his dog up so others can get some sleep. It is very good of you to involve the police so you can get some rest. Your neighbor is just gonna have to deal with it.

I hope nothing bad happens, like most other people said, tell the police he is threatening you. I hate neighbors who won't discipline their dogs, I make sure mine don't bark during the night and disturb others.

Jeez.... I know how it is to have a neighbor like that and I think it was very brave of you to go and talk to them yourself. You gave them the opportunity to solve tho problem without using the cops for it. So it is their loss that you had to eventually. Don't feel bad about it, YOU did the right thing! But still the problem isn't solved and that sucks. I'm not from Brasil or even from the same continent, but I suggest you find some sort of professional mediator if there is such a thing where you live. It's clear that this ain't going to be solved between the two of you, so you need a third and neutral party to solve this. Maybe someone from the town hall can help in this situation? Or if it's a rental property, maybe someone from the rental company?
I really hope this is solved quickly before it get's out of control and people do things they will regret later. Good luck and keep us posted, so we know you're still alive and well.

Bom de qualquer forma, essas pessoas falam muito da boca pra fora, então não se preocupe, mas se ele fazer alguma ameaça chame a polícia denovo.
Se o cachorro parar os latidos e você ainda não estiver conseguindo dormir, pode ser algum problema de stress crônico ouj algo do tipo, recomendo que procure um bom médico, um homeopata talvez, pois muitos dos medicamentos pra "relaxar" fazem um mal danado, e tente não se submeter a muito estresse ^^

Eu durmo sem o cachorro nao tou com problema. O cachorro nao deixa nem eu nem ninguem na minha casa nem ninguem nas duas casas vizinhas dormir quando ta latindo, o problema não sou eu. Mas ninguem teve coragem de ir na policia porque ficam preocupados..

Can you get the police to arrest him for having made death threats there in Brazil?

I understand not being able to sleep... My upstairs neighbor is extremely loud and stomps around so hard it shakes my ceiling and walls. There's been a couple times where I stayed at a relative's house for a couple nights JUST to get some sleep... Thankfully its been a few weeks since she has been loud but maybe you can stay somewhere else for a night just to get sleep. I know that's a temporary solution until you think of something else

why is your neibor such a dick? i mean you did confront him as an adult about the problem with his dog and asked him to do something and he simply refused and said no. He really shouldn't be mad that you went to the proper authorities. As a matter in fact i think he really should have expected it but then again people aren't always so smart either so..
