I keep getting sad and thinking I'll go snuggle Toast, that will make me feel better and then I get more sad because it dawns on me I can't do that anymore... How long will it be before it doesn't hurt so bad anymore?
Try thinking, RIGHT AFTER YOU THINK OF HER, that she's still there but not in physical form. She's still there in your heart.
And maybe buy a little plushie that looks like her?? A white rat/mouse toy?? It can help.
But I don't know if they are really actively making plushies anymore or not as I haven't seen anything new in awhile on any of their pages...
