After 2 years of use, my HP laptop is finally malfunctioning, shutting itself off at random intervals. There is no doubt about it: after testing the CPU fan, the cables, everything, it has become clear that the motherboard has worn out. This is the most inopportune time, too! I had to spend much of my savings to get my car fixed, and I do not have enough to replace the laptop. I would try to tough it out, but considering that I need this laptop for college, it's going to be tough.
