JOURNAL STARTS HERE So lately my SAI keeps crashing, every time I draw. today it crashed twice, the second time, despite the fact I'd saved the commission when it was very close to being finished, it removed all all but a little of the progress i'd made in shading the pic.
I'm honestly going to cry if this keeps up. how the fuck am i mean't to finish a commission if it doesn't save right?
I'm so angry and upset and completely demotivated. I've had to re-do this certain commission at least THREE TIMES at various stages because of this. and it's made me hate the working on this one picture.

it only started happening when i began drawing on 4000 x 4000 px canvasses but i need to work this big for print purposes. i just can't fuckin win.

I measure the canvas in inches instead of px, and just ramp the resolutions up to 100. Maybe that'll help?
Hope you get it working properly.
And anyway I have it uploaded online myself from before i even had this computer so i can just download that if i really need to.
