12. I´m using different programs. Mainly sai, paint shop and photoshop

13. I meant that one of your strengths is retaining feral characteristics to characters that stand up on their hind legs like humans. I also noticed that your eyes sometimes look a bit empty. You can add some details like light shine and color gradation to make them look more alive.
