Help With Ustream PLEASE!!

WebCamMax is taking up right at 60% of my CPU, and thusly when I draw in Photoshop it lags like hell to the point where I can't even see the line I drew until 5 seconds after I finished drawing it. I need something that doesn't take up any CPU at all, or I'll just have to use my Webcam and point it at the computer screen. Honestly that sounds a LOT better to me at this point.
Apparently laptops just aren't meant to handle streaming video DX
If you know of any other software that can stream video from the computer screen, and won't eat up my CPU, lemme know PLEASE!

laptops aren't that good for such applications unless you have a very good video card, and extra RAM, which usually means a video card made for applications kinda like what games do on the internet (think WoW or Everquest, or the most exigent of all, secondlife)
