Update: Hey all, lots of stuff going on over here, so I'm afraid there will be some delays. Will resume work on stories when I can, but it may be a bit.

It wanted to take over the world using its powers of hypnosis, only to be foiled by a boy and his bond with his Pikachu.

Now, after honing its psychic powers and gaining access to new ones, it is back with a vengeance.

Its desires remain the same, only this time it has a new objective: create a Pokemon army to ensure world domination. And it isn't above "drafting" humans into that army and altering them as it deems fit.

After all, it's concerned with the big picture, and if that means creating plenty of fertile Poke-hybrids then it will gladly do so.
