And thus i wonder, FA is horrible for stories i know but what is the best format to upload them to FA...PDF? trough that needs to be downloaded first...who knows what is best?

I tend to use RTDs. It is easier to open than .docx files imo, since it's more versatile. Really, it's whatever works for you though.
