Fruity Pebbles is one of my favorite cereals (though I don't get it too often). It's not changed too much. It's never been overly sweet, and you've got about 90 seconds or less before it turns into a rainbow mush.

In the anti-sugar blitz that has pushed kid cereals and snacks to lower sugars and essentially change formulas to meet the changing guidelines is it the same as what I ate 18 years ago? Some folks might not notice anything different, but I did

Fruity Pebbles is a crisp rice cereal that comes in a variety of fruit flavors (and colors) with a sugar content of 9 grams per serving, apparently the formula was changed in 2006, I at this stuff back in the 90s.
