Submitting and blur issues

have this problem where when i submit my pics they are resized and blured, i read some forums where if you change the submit file with the same picture, and press f5 it fixxes the blue when you decide to view it in download mode, im just tired of the blur lol, is there any solution to fix the blurness .-.

It's something FA does to images that exceed 1000x1000 resolution. FA does this to compress the images to a godawful, shitty JPG, but it's overridden when you replace the submitted file. There's no way to stop this from happening. All you can do is respond to it when it does happen.
